Return and Exchange Policy

At Nidhi's Treasure, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free Return and exchange policy as per below guidelines.

  • Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the item is damaged upon arrival.
  • To process a return or exchange, an unboxing video showing the item’s condition upon opening is required.
  • The video must clearly show the item, packaging, and any visible damage.
  • Claims for damage must be reported within  2 days of receiving the product.

 Return/Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at email within 2 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the product you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return/exchange is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for sending the item back. Please note that items returned without RA numbers will not be processed.
  3. Shipping the Item: You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Please use a traceable shipping method (preferably with insurance) to ensure the item is safely returned. Shipping charges for returns are non-refundable, except in the case of defective or damaged items.
  4. Processing the Return or Exchange: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange.we will initiate the return within 3 working days. If you are eligible for a refund, we will credit your original payment method. For exchanges, we will send you the replacement item once the returned item is received.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed and credited within 7-10 business days to customers account after we receive the returned item.
  1. Cancellations
  • Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Change of Order: If you need to modify your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate changes before shipment.
  1. Address Accuracy

Please double-check the shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for returns or delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
